NOC Engineer — Network Operations Center
As a NOC Engineer at Esharah, you will be the first line of defense in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our mission-critical telecommunications networks. You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment where precision and speed are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network infrastructure and telecommunications systems on a 24/7 basis
Detect, diagnose, and resolve network incidents in real time
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers and management when required
Maintain detailed logs of all network events, incidents, and resolutions
Coordinate with field engineers and third-party vendors for on-site support
Ensure network performance meets agreed SLAs and quality standards
Generate regular performance and incident reports for management review
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment
Familiarity with TETRA networks, IP systems, or radio communications is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
